Do not sign it. Route it to the Medical Records, Error desktop with an explanation in the Comments |
| Remove whole clinic note or letter - signed |
Append the document with an explanation and correction of the error, sign the Append, and route it to Medical Records,. Error desktop. Right click summary line, remove any text, and type Error. |
