    From Dr. Tcharmtchi

    Dr. Tcharmtchi is the program director of the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Training Program. His main focus is on the education of fellows in six core competencies mandated by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Education (ACGME). He is in the process of developing a three-year, outcome-based curriculum for training the next generation of physicians in three significant core competencies: Professionalism, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, and System-Based Practice.
