From Dr. Bailey
Dr. Bailey is the Medical Director of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at The Woodlands Community Medical Center. As Director of Pediatric Community Initiatives, Dr. Bailey has been active in the planning and implementation of providing Pediatric Emergency medicine services for the new Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus. Dr. Bailey’s research interests include improving the quality of pediatric services provided by Community Hospital Emergency Departments serving the Houston Metropolitan area.
Goal: To provide state-of-the-art health care to children seeking emergent services.
Objectives:
- Deliver individualized, high-quality health care to the emergently ill or injured children
- Advance excellence in emergency pediatrics through innovations in research
- Provide world-class education and training in pediatric emergency medicine
- Advance the causes of safety and security for all children through advocacy for their medical, physical and emotional needs
