Please note, Texas Children's Pediatric Radiology does not accept self-referrals and requires an order from your primary care physician.
For CT and MRI appointments, please fill out the physician's exam order form and fax it to 832-825-5306.
To schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment, call or fax us Monday - Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.

What to expect
What to bring: You should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You will need to bring the following things with you:
- A list of all current prescription and over the counter medications that your child is taking
- Your current insurance card
- A credit card, check or cash in case a co-payment is necessary
Please make arrangements for patient siblings as children cannot be left unattended during visits.
Sedation Procedures: In some cases, your child may need to be sedated so that he or she can lie quietly during long procedures. Sedatives are generally administered orally, though they can also be given through suppository, shot or IV.
If your child needs to be sedated for a procedure, a nurse will contact you several days prior to your appointment to review your child's medical history and explain any dietary restrictions.
