Welcome to the third issue of Perspectives on Childhood Cancer, the international eJournal of Texas Children’s Cancer Center. This issue contains articles written by experts at Texas Children’s Cancer Center pertaining to acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), the most common childhood cancer, which has an overall survival rate of approximately 80 percent.

Texas Children’s Cancer Center is one of the largest pediatric cancer programs in the United States. We offer innovative therapies for all forms of childhood cancer and are dedicated to improving the outcome of all patients afflicted with these diseases.
